ONLINE COACHING

Providing clients with customised workouts aligned with their goals, weekly check ins, and a library of exercise tutorial videos. Giving clients complete flexibility to work-out around their busy schedules!

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

30 Minute / 45 Minute / 1 Hour training slots with individualised workouts aligned with your goals. Options for two, three and four slots per week.

Based in Fitnessworx, Ballypheane.

2-1 & GROUP TRAINING

30 Minute / 45 Minute / 1 Hour training slots for you and your friend / partner. Options for two, three and four slots per week.

Group / Team sessions are also available.
